Return & Cancellations
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.
As a consumer, you are under the consumer law to change your mind without any reason, you have 14 calendar days after receiving the products to inform us of your decision and then a futher 14 days to return to us.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please let us know of your decision to cancel the purchase by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is required that you contact us before the end of the 14th day. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returned items must be in its original packaging and unused condition, with all original tags and sealed.
To return an item, please send us an email to our customer service at email@example.com including the order number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your order.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, once approved we will process your refund on your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds may take 1-2 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your credit card/bank company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

– Sales Products
DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVES
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediatelly if you identify any sign of damage or if the items were sent wrong.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
